The smog station refused to touch based simply on the fact that the VIN says it was originally fuel-injected, and said it wouldn’t pass anyway because it doesn’t have cats. The Westfalia runs fine and is hardly a smoke-belching piece of shit. My uncle simply registers it at his brother’s house in Texas!

How else can I test and adjust the Load sensing Proportioning and By-Pass Valve (LSP & BV)? (By adjust I mean the process without the SST, not the actual physical adjustments - I know how to do that from reading the FSM). The spec states 636 ± 71 psi on the rear brakes with the Rear axle load (1,874 lb). Note: these specs are for 4x4.

One last final massive update. OTT tune got their CARB approval making it the only NA tune for the Tacoma that is 100% CARB approved and will pass any emissions test that is now checking for a modified ECU. Big shout out to @JustDSM and the team for working hard on getting us tuned Tacoma users legal.

Maybe the stock door woofers don't pass the higher frequencies and those go on to the stock tweeter? That would explain why you're missing high frequencies. Not sure of that topology - maybe someone can clear that up. Is there a crossover at the woofer that runs up to the tweeter? Or is that a separate amp channel?
