One of my kids accepted the AOL explorer on my laptop. Once installed it disabled IE and only AOL programs can access the Internet. I uninstalled AOL Explorer (finally) but IE still doesn't work (AOL does). When I run network diagnostics the Network adapters, DNS servers, Default Gateways, and DHCP servers are FAILED.
