These are working fine in VLC. I can hover on the timeline and see them as well as jump forward/backward and they show in the menu under Playback > Chapter. What I want to know is whether there is a way to display markers on the timeline/progress bar such as vertical bars or alternating shading so it's apparent there are chapters.
