In my area the highest bell/videotron internet is 50mbps. It varies by which area you are in. My brother's girlfriend's company does business with Bell and she was told it's like that due to the cables/infrastructure of the area. That's why older houses/neighbourhoods get slower internet compared to the newer neighborhoods/recently built condos etc.
