The problem remained when I thought I switched to mobile network but actually I was still using the same WiFi network via the hotspot. 😂. The problem was resolved when I switched off the WiFi and turned on the mobile data. LinkedIn used an email verification method instead of the broken captcha method.
LinkedIn has updated their api and the sharing url's no longer works. Now you can only use the url query parameter. Any other parameter is going to be removed from the url by LinkedIn. Now you're forced to use oAuth and interact with the linkedin API to share content on behalf of a user.

Go to your app page Go to the products tab (for your app, not at the top; there are two) Select "Request Access" on the "Sign In with LinkedIn" product and the "Share on LinkedIn" product.
