After running wood for 1.5 years I have switched back to Coal. Currently running pea, nut and just put some stove coal in the Chubby and with high winds the barometric damper keeping stove at .05 -.07

What is the width I would need and what type of material (Wood, metal etc.) should I construct it out of. I assume it should be made out of wood topped off with aluminum or another smooth metal.
