I would not pick 2 or 4 for a freeform pool though. Being bigger it might prove to be a challenge for them to flow on the curves. Something else to think about is the color of the mortar under them as that will change how they look. Get some paint cards, off white, white, light gray, etc that are close to the mortar colors.

Started my locs cause I hate relaxers and got tired of doing my hair. Relaxing the locs defeats the purpose now they look like grinch fingers.
- Leave.your.hair.alone. locs really benefit from a minimalist maintenance routine even though the maintenance can take longer and be more annoying. honestly, if you just wash, moisturize, and separate your locs, that's more than enough. But people who prefer the super neat look will have maintenance/twisting routines that are more involved
Im really loving the way thicker locs look But I’m afraid my hair may not be thicker enough to achieve the look… like my hair is thick but even when i do two strand twist my hair condenses and compacts itself so much, that it doesnt look nearly as thick and i hear with larger locs...

Many pools built by our PB used travertine for coping and I haven't heard of any issues with installation on freeform pools.

Big yes, but great for groups. Here's a few picture of ours. If you have kids and they are on sports teams or in other groups, it would be a fantastic size.
