Looks like the lot just north of Discount Tire just recently sold in January to a KAYTON GRAND ISLAND, LLC. The LLC was formed out of Seward, NE. Anyone have any idea what is being developed?

Location hasn't been announced yet, but it looks like they use a fairly good bit of retail floorspace in their existing stores.
