Good morning, all. My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2/23/2026. I am using Direct Connect.
PNC Bank provides our account information to a third party company called Direct Connect and Quicken downloads our account information from Direct Connect, not PNC.
Received this OL-297-A error now for the last two days with PNC Bank. All of my other accounts are connecting and downloading just fine.
But for the specific accounts below the PNC Bank - Direct Connect FI on the right side it clearly showed there is an issue with the downloads because of the 10/13/2025 last data date.
We are getting reports that users are unable to connect to PNC - Direct Connect because of an OL-297 error in Quicken Windows and -1202 error in Quicken Mac.
Same as everyone else. PNC. Looks like connection working but no transactions in this same timeframe. R66.23 is the latest it says.
As of , the PNC Direct Connect is not functioning. Quicken for Windows Version: R63.21 Build 27.1.63.21 - Any ideas?
