Het vernieuwde Borgstede in Barendrecht is op donderdag 11 december feestelijk geopend. Laurens en Woonzorg Nederland markeren hiermee een belangrijke stap in toekomstbestendig wonen met zorg, in lijn met de beweging van ‘zorgen voor naar samen leven’.
Laurens-locaties Nijeveld en De Hofstee realiseren een elektrische, rolstoeltoegankelijke zorgbus. Hiermee bieden we onze bewoners, die voor vervoer vaak afhankelijk zijn van begeleiding, de mogelijkheid om weer betekenisvolle uitjes te maken. Voor dit project werkt Laurens samen met Saam.
De specialisten van Laurens staan voor u klaar met nazorg bij beroertes. Prettig en zelfstandig thuis wonen kan óók als u last heeft van hartfalen. Dankzij de intensieve zorg en begeleiding van onze specialistische medewerkers: de hartfalen-verpleegkundigen. U woont thuis, dus bepaalt u wat er gebeurt. Dat noemen we ‘zelf de regie houden’.
